It’s time you get back on track and start your daily workout routine. There are no excuses. Train hard and feel amazing! It’s that feeling of lazy days after the holidays but you cannot be like that forever. It’s time to go back to your usual stuff and no matter what train and make yourself feel good in your skin.
It’s hard to start but after you do it you’ll never want to stop. The adrenaline and the high level of endorphins will make you feel happy and powerful. But before getting started there are some guidelines you should consider if you want to have the best results and of course no injuries.
Consider your holiday break and start training moderately. A break means less mobility and flexibility. Give your muscles some time to get into shape.
Before each workout warm up at least 7 minutes to avoid injuries like muscle tension.
Don’t forget to stretch after you finish you workout. Stretching is extremely important because it increases flexibility. Don’t bound and try not to stretch too far. If you feel any pain while stretching then you’ve stretched too much.
Your first workout shouldn’t be a 60 minutes workout. You can work for 30 minutes and add extra minutes every next workout.
Incorporate yoga in your exercise routine. It’s great because it helps gain lean muscle, mobility, good posture and increase your fitness level.
Alternate your workouts. Do cardio and pilates as well. This way you will strengthen your muscles.
Your boost of energy comes not only from your self motivation but also from what you eat. Eating healthy is essential. Try not to skip the main meals and eat food that contain vitamins and fibers. You’ll need it for your energy.
Detox your body. Drink lot of water and eat healthy food and try to stay away from the processed one.
Your first after the holiday workout will be hard there’s no doubt but who says it won’t worth it? Exercising at least three times a week will help your entire body and mental power.
