How About a Nontraditional Christmas Playlist?

How About a Nontraditional Christmas Playlist?

Sure, Christmas carols are something we cannot imagine Christmas without. But why not add a fresh tune to your Christmas playlist, while you’re having a cookie and a glass of eggnog with your friends by the Christmas tree?

Christmas songs appear somewhere in November, each year. But most of them are just re-orchestrated classics, like “Jingle Bells”. I got a little bored the last couple of years listening to the same old Christmas songs over and over again. Wherever I go to, not a single hour passes by without hearing “All I want for Christmas is you”, “Jingle Bells Rock” or “Santa Claus is coming to town”. Frankly, these represent the Christmas spirit the best, but don’t we get tired from hearing the same classics every year, everywhere and all the time?

I sure did. So each year I start searching for something different, something new for me, something I’ve never heard before and that I might like. I search for something that is nontraditional and not overused.

This is what I managed to find so far. We hope you like our top 10 list and if you know other songs that fit the profile, let us know in the comment section below.
